is impressed in the nylon. The resulting compressive forces exert constant friction grip on the bolt and prevent loosening. These nuts may be re-used up to 50 times because the “elastic memory” feature of the nylon causes it to return to its original shape. May be used with Grade 2 and Grade 5 Screws up to 250o F. Bright Zinc Chromate Plated.
