Shipping and Policies
Shipping within Canada:
– Flat rate shipping with Purolator Ground and/or Canada Post is offered by FittingsGo for CAD$12.99, from coast to coast. * Unfortunately, due to the geographic realities of operating in Canada, we have to charge a higher shipping rate to very remote addresses.
– Estimated shipping time: 1-2 business days: Ontario, Quebec and New Brunswick | 3-4 business days: Alberta, Manitoba, Saskatchewan, Nova Scotia and PEI | 5-6 business days: British Columbia, Newfoundland and Labrador, Northwest Territories, Yukon and Nunavut
– Quicker shipping option with Purolator Express is offered for an additional fee.
– In the event of a return, the customer will be responsible for the shipping fee(s). However, if the customer received a wrong or defective item, they will be reimbursed fully.
Shipping to U.S or International addresses
– We currently ship to the U.S with USPS Priority Int’l Mail. For other countries, please keep checking back as our policies can change.
Order Process
– Orders received before 12pm EST on weekdays are usually shipped on the same day.
– Orders received on weekends are usually shipped on the following business day.
Returns
– We have a 30 days return policy. Refunds will be payable with the same method you chose during purchase. Please allow up to 14 business days for the processing of returns. All returns must be sent to:
